Söhnlein Brillant de-alcoholised sparkling wine is a completely natural product without any artificial colourings, flavours or preservatives and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The alcohol is gently removed by vacuum distillation which keeps the taste of the original wine that the product is based on - just with a remaining alcoholic content of less than 0.3%. This is basically as much alcohol as in orange juice, for instance.
